Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Tutors will provide 1 hour (60 minutes) of in home tutoring per student per week
Tutors are required to fill out a session form online after each tutoring session
Tutors must keep in touch with their supervisor and the students’ parents on a regular basis
Tutors must be reliable and punctual
Tutors must follow the Company’s Dress Code
Tutors must follow the Code of Ethics
Tutors must attend at least 6 hours of professional development per year
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a NYS Certified Teacher
At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience (student teaching accepted)
Must have reliable transportation to and from the students’ homes

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Head Tutors must update the curriculum as necessary
Head Tutors will assist with interviewing and selecting tutors
Head Tutors must select appropriate textbooks and workbooks
Head Tutors must maintain on going contact with local schools and teachers
Head Tutors will work with other tutors within the same subject area
Head Tutors must tutor at least 3 students per week
Head Tutors must follow the company’s dress code
Head Tutors must follow the Code of Ethics
Head Tutors must attend at least 12 hours of professional development per year
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a NYS Certified Teacher
At least 5 years of teaching or tutoring experience or 1 year of experience tutoring for Margot Tutoring Inc
Must have reliable transportation to and from the students’ homes

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and phone calls.
- Record information on Google Sheets.
- Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Following up with customers to inquire into whether purchased products meet their expectations.
- Answering customer questions about products, prices, and availability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Have a cell phone with strong reception
- Be comfortable using Gmail
- Be comfortable using Google Sheets
- Have strong communication skills
- Proven sales experience
- The ability to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls

Homework Help Supervisor
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise children during the homework help groups, workshops, and review classes.

Help with transitions from between activities.

Supervise and assist with feeding the children dinner when applicable.

Supervise drop off and pick up.
